I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for flooring! Brad is honest, kind, trustworthy, patient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Brad and Sergio are absolutely some of the best human beings you could ever work with. Our new floors are absolutely stunning, and the workmanship is amazing. The attention to detail, professionalism, and even the cleanup afterward were beyond impressive. You can truly tell they care about the quality of their work and their customers. We are so lucky to have Harts Family Flooring in our area. They are truly the best at what they do, and I cannot recommend them enough. I love them!

We had an amazing experience with Harts Family Floors from start to finish. The attention to detail throughout the entire process was truly impressive, and the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Sergio and Miguel were absolutely incredible to work with, professional, punctual, hardworking, and clearly take a lot of pride in what they do. They showed up on time every day, communicated well, and made sure every detail was done perfectly. You can really tell they care about what they do!!

We had a great experience with Harts Family Flooring! Brad was a huge help to us when selecting new carpet for our home. He helped us select high quality carpet that was suitable to our needs (with a baby and a dog, we needed soft but durable carpet). Brad was highly responsive to all of our calls and texts and he was very quick to schedule installation after our order was placed. During the installation, he checked in multiple times to provide updates and ensure that we were happy with the job. His crew was also fantastic. Miguel and Jesus worked very efficiently, did great work, and were very professional and polite. We’re very happy with the end product!

Needed to replace my carpet to wood laminate flooring. I spoke to Brad and got a great quote and decided to have it done. I'm so glad, I chose them too. The work that was done by them was amazing. Sergio, Miguel and Dennis were the ones working at my house. I can't say enough great things about this group of guys and this company as a whole. Great craftsmanship and dedication to making sure it's done right. You can't go wrong with this Hart's family flooring. They go above and beyond to create your vision and make it a reality. Brad is the man and has a great personality to go with it. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends that have any flooring needs. Thank you, Brad!

I highly recommend Hart's Family flooring! I was very impressed with their professionalism. To start, Brad was awesome to work with! He was very responsive and helped me choose the flooring that would be the best fit for my household. He also always got back to me when I had a question and even sent me the quote in a timely matter. They then delivered and installed the flooring when they said they would.... Sergio the installer & his helper showed up on time and acted very professional. Sergio was very nice and took the time to explain to me how the process would go and was clean throughout the install. I had concerns going into this due to bad experiences in the past but Hart's flooring knocked it out of the park and I never once felt uneasy while they were installing. I am also very happy with the quality of floors I received and how good the baseboards came out! I will be referring them to anyone that asks me for a flooring referral. Can't wait to use them for the rest of my house!
