Our experience with Santa Clarita Flooring was exceptional from start to finish. Chelsie was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She made sure we were always taken care of, stayed on top of every detail, and was incredibly responsive. We even ran into a few issues that had nothing to do with the flooring, and she still stepped in to help us navigate everything. She truly went above and beyond. Chelsie is an absolute gem, and Santa Clarita Flooring is lucky to have her on their team. Miguel and his installation crew were equally impressive. They were professional, punctual, and incredibly clean. I have asthma, so keeping dust and debris to a minimum was very important to me. They made sure everything was cleaned up before they left each day, and I really appreciated their attention to detail. Our floors turned out absolutely gorgeous, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. We highly recommend Santa Clarita Flooring, especially Chelsie and Miguel, to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and beautiful craftsmanship.

Great job on installing our engineered hardwood floor. I waited one year to post a review since I wanted to see if the work would stand up to the test of time at least for 1 year, where the installation gremlins might show up. None did. Pleased with how responsive this company is. Sara responds quickly to my texts and emails. Answers my questions promptly. Pricing was somewhat on the high side, but that's because the flooring material we picked was high end, If we have future projects, will do them with Santa Clarita Flooring again.

After only a short time, the poor installation is showing. The flooring we had put down is coming up (there is bowing at the seams), the baseboards were not attached properly secured to walls, and the overall install was not good. I have attached pictures. Please make sure you inspect the install very thoroughly, seems like they really wanted to save time and money with a subpar job. Not happy, as they refused to correct this crappy job.

We had a great experience with Santa Clarita Flooring in getting new carpet. Sara helped me find a carpet that matched our quality and pricing needs and scheduling was very smooth. Installation took one long day and was done with care. Carpet looks beautiful, we are very happy!

This was the worst experience from beginning to end! The goal was to have the rug replaced in the master bedroom of our new home with tile that matched the rest of the tile throughout the house. I went to the flooring center and chose a tile that was very similar to the color that we had in our home. A couple of days later, one of their sales people came to our home and gave us an estimate for ripping out the carpet, and installing the tile and MATCHING grout. I signed a contract and paid a fee upfront for them to complete the job. Two weeks later, I received a call and was told that the tile I had chosen was discontinued, but they had tracked some down back east but it would take another two weeks. It took almost a month before the materials came in. After waiting almost two months, three men showed up at my door on a Friday to begin the job. They showed up late and at the end of the day one of the men told my husband that he would return the following day to complete the job. The next day was Saturday and someone completely different showed up and asked us if we had the grout to be used for the job. (That should’ve been my first clue that something was wrong.) After he completed the job, we noticed right away that the grout color was off. It was supposed to be a chocolate brown, but it almost looked like a terra-cotta red . I was very upset because it did not match the rest of my house. My husband, and I hoped after it dried, it was maybe turn the color brown we had hoped for but of course it never did. After calling to complain, Luis (part owner), came out to my house to see the job for himself. He told me that even if I had used a dark color brown for the tile that it wouldn’t look the same throughout the rest of my house. I was not happy with the job, however, agreed that I would not play the balance. The next day, I called Luis. I was regretting my decision and I told him that I was very unhappy and asked him if he could just redo one portion of the tile that was crooked. He he told me that I would have to pay half of the balance. I was not about to pay one penny and I regret agreeing on not paying the balance and leaving it at that. It looks horrible! Now I’m going to have to hire someone else to redo the job and it’s going to cost me a lot more than what I owed Santa Clarita Flooring Center. I wish I would’ve demanded that they redo the grout. The contract I sign stated,” matching grout.” Take a look at the picture for yourself. The tile work on top is the original and the bottom half is new. Does the color of the grout they used match? Check out the poor craftsmanship! Save yourself the headache and your money, and go elsewhere!
