These guys at The Flooring Factory were awesome. From the moment we walked into their showroom, they took us under their wing to explain the pros and cons of both laminate and vinyl, which helped us to make an educated decision. Their selection of flooring was amazing, with so many large displays of flooring options. They guided us through the process for selecting baseboards, and connected us with the installer. We received a very reasonable quote, and they took it from there to send the flooring materials to the installer. We had additional questions, which they answered immediately. The installation went flawlessly, and we are very happy with our decision to use The Flooring Factory.

Made multiple visits here and also went to other flooring stores. Service was superior here. Martin was super helpful and patient each and every time we stepped foot here. Super excited to get my new flooring. Can’t wait to share pictures after installation!

Martin was phenomenal to work and SO helpful. I was struggling with deciding on flooring for my home office and his insight and knowledge about the product and current trends were exactly what I needed to finally make a decision. It was quick and easy, I wish I would’ve come here from the start! I will definitely be back for any flooring needs in the future.

I had a great experience at Flooring Factory located in Valencia thanks to Martin. He was incredibly helpful and patient while I was deciding on a flooring color, taking the time to answer all my questions and offer thoughtful suggestions. I never felt rushed, and his guidance made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable. Once I finally decided on a color, my order arrived within just three days, which was an added bonus. I really appreciate his professionalism and support.

I cannot say enough good things about The Flooring Factory. Outstanding customer service. I have spoken with Andrew and Martin to order and resolve some questions, and they are knowledgeable and quick to respond. If you haven't watched their TikTok videos that Roger and Tony do to teach you about their flooring, you are missing out! I have yet to find another flooring company that educates customers the way they do from types of flooring to installation tips, tours of homes, pairing cabinets and countertops to go with the different styles. They educate you on how to choose the right floor and more! They even ship across the United States and stand by their floors. Thank you! I love my Plata Oak!
