We stopped in at the Valencia Flooring showroom on a Friday morning and met Victor. Victor explained the different laminate options to us. That afternoon Nick came over to measure and we had an estimate in a few days. The installation crew is employed by Nick and did a great job. Took just a little over two days. They showed up when they said and got to work. Highly recommend Valencia Flooring

Very pleased with the quality of work and the speed to complete everything. 👍 for a great downstairs laminate floor installation AND a great upstairs carpet installation. All involved were courteous and efficient.

Great service. Good quality. Clean, fast and friendly. Very hard workers. Very respectful. The stair expert pay attention to detail. He was so particular. He took so much pride in his work.

No communication between owner (who came out and created a plan with us) and the crew who installed it. Owner didn’t even come out on install day. Crew almost installed flooring in wrong direction if I didn’t stop them. Flooring unevenly cut and too far from walls in one area, so a gap remains after I reinstalled the baseboards. I’ve emailed the owner numerous times and called the store as well and haven’t been able to get in contact with the owner. Was also told the crew would clean up after installation, but there was dust everywhere and also some small damage to our walls. The floors themselves are nice but honestly not worth the hassle during install and afterwards with an owner who doesn’t follow up after he’s been paid.

1000% happy! We shopped several highly rated stores before selecting the best vendor for us, and Anthony at Valencia Flooring. They came in at a fantastic price for a beautiful product. At first we were nervous that things might not go perfectly because they were substantially less than the other 5 Star competition, but in the end they showed up exactly on time on the first morning of the scheduled installation and got right to work ripping out the cheap flooring the builder had put into our home and replacing it with beautiful new flooring, including perfect treads and risers on 38 stairs. They warned us before we purchased that with Covid it was possible they could lose workers and the installation could be slowed down, but they had the full team, on time and finished ahead of schedule with perfect results. My wife can be especially picky and she couldn't find a single flaw either. Great prices, great quality, and the installation team was clean, efficient, and very nice. They even put down their tools a few times when they saw me struggling to move in heavy items into rooms that had been completed so they could help me, even though they had their own work to do. Couldn't be happier with the produce, the experience, or with Valencia Flooring. Thank you all!
