My 20+ yr old AC gave up on me! I called Active Air Specialist Monday night. Jeremy came the next day and confirm my suspicion (need a new AC). He came Tuesday and estimate installing Saturday (That's 4 days of hot weather!). We're so grateful his team came 2 days early! Thanks to Edgar, Nick and Silas for installing the AC. Found Active Air Specialists via the internet. Read the company information as well as the company reviews. The reviews were very impressive. I thought to myself, these can’t be actual reviews by real customers. Nobody can be this good!! As we all know reviews can be fabricated. Boy was I wrong!! I spoke with Jeremy/owner and described the situation as well as the equipment (which is over 40 years old). I was glad to hear that he and his staff were quite familiar with the brand. We set up a time for the house visit. Jeremy kept in contact from initial contact until arrival. Although he was running late due to another job which ran over, he kept in full contact. It was getting late, I thought he was going to cancel his visit and postpone it to the next day. I was pleasantly surprised when he said he was on his way. Well, true to his word, Jeremy arrived at 8:30pm. He went right to work, diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repairs. Jeremy was professional and very meticulous throughout. He stands behind his work with a parts and labor guarantee. Active Air Specialists/Jeremy will have all of my future HVAC business. A personal thanks to Jeremy for being a standup professional. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend Active Air Specialists! Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year, and they came out on a Sunday to get us taken care of. He replaced the condenser fan motor, dual capacitor, and relay and had our AC back up and running quickly. He was extremely polite, personable, and professional throughout the entire visit. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and the work he does. Great service and highly recommended!

Jeremy gave us great service from initial call for a quote through to getting parts and promptly scheduling his crew for the installation. The guys kept and left a clean work site. They made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We have reliable AC again. I am very satisfied with the service, speed and price to get the house cooling sorted out. I dealt with several HVAC companies (6 plus the company that was supposed to be servicing and maintaining the system) getting diagnostics and quotes when the system began failing and was going to damage the ceiling.
