I am SOOOOO impressed with this company. I reached out at 9pm and they were here the very next morning. Sergey was so knowledgeable and experienced. You could just tell he knew exactly what was wrong. Within 10 minutes he had it diagnosed and was able to repair it on the spot. With the heat recently that was such a blessing. He also recommended some preventative maintenance and gave me tips to keep my system running efficiently. Pricing was extremely reasonable and I will definitely be using them in the future when my unit needs replacing. Thank you so much for coming and helping my family stay

We purchased our unit through Air Crew in 2016. We've had them maintenance it regularly and when we recently had an issue a few months after the maintenance, they fixed it no charge. They communicate well and are available when you need them. Always recommend Air Crew!

We had a great experience from start to finish. They were prompt, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. Our technician, Sergey, arrived on time and took the time to isnpect our system, and clearly explained everything he found. What stood out most was the excellent customer service. In addition to quality of service, we felt they provided excellent value. It's refreshing to find a company that combines expertise with genuine care for its customers. I highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable HVAC service in Santa Clarita and will definitely use them again in the future.

We just had both of our HVAC systems replaced by Air Crew and I’m really glad we went with them. I spent a lot of time comparing bids and equipment options, and they were straightforward and patient the entire time. No pressure, no gimmicks, just clear answers and good communication. They installed two Bosch inverter condensers with Rheem furnaces and handled all the associated work including plenum modifications, venting updates, condensate lines, electrical, and cleanup. The install was clean and organized, and you can tell they care about how the final product looks and runs. They showed up on time, stayed on schedule, and the scope matched exactly what we agreed to. No surprises at the end. The systems are noticeably quieter and run smoothly. Overall, very professional operation and solid workmanship. I would recommend Air Crew without hesitation if you’re replacing an HVAC system and want it done right.

I recently had an issue with my air conditioning unit and reached out to Air Crew for assistance. I was impressed by their prompt service, as I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day! Technician Igor was absolutely fantastic - professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a thorough explanation of the necessary repairs. His work was top-notch, and I'm thrilled with the results. Igor's exceptional customer service and expertise make him a true asset to Air Crew. I highly recommend their services and would request Igor specifically for any future needs.
