Ray’s heating and cooling is a fantastic company to work with. Everyone is very polite and professional. Their work was done with pride in what they do. By the time my installation was finished I felt that my technician Anthony was a part of my family. I cannot express how much I appreciated Anthony, so kind! I have used Ray’s prior to my installation for repairs and was impressed with this company. I had no apprehension in calling Ray’s for the major work I needed done. Their pricing was fair and worth every dollar.

Our HVAC system is 20 years old and every summer I get worried that something might happen in the middle of 100° weather. I finally decided to get some estimates. One company told me that we should replace the whole unit which was thousands of dollars. Ray's came out and tested everything. They performed a temperature check and found the intake and outtake temps were well within range and that our unit did not need to be replaced. Instead they recommended a maintenance program for only $198 a year. This includes maintenance every 6 months - flushing, cleaning, checking coils and capacitors and only replacing whatever parts might be necessary. The salesman who first came out explained everything in detail and left a brochure with all their programs and pricing. We decided that Ray's had the best deal and signed up for their maintenance program. A technician came a couple of days later to service the system and was very thorough, detail-oriented, courteous and efficient. All the people we talked to on the phone at Ray's were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Ray's Heating and Cooling.

After doing some troubleshooting, he recommended what service needs to be done, why it needs to be done, not pushy and provided a top notch service. I’ve owned my house for 17 years and the HVAC system that I have is approximately 40 years old. The system failed about 5 yrs ago and I contacted Rays because our church had used them previously. They replaced a part for a minimum cost & it worked great. 5 yrs later the system failed …Daryl & Shawn came out & within an hour a part was replaced & the system is working again. The cost for the repair was very reasonable. This company is great. The people are kind & honest. When I am ready to replace my old system I will definitely go to Rays for the unit replacement….and they appreciate dogs as well😜
