We were pleased with the offer which he presented to us for their services. LEO, the gentleman who did much of the work outside the home was thorough and informative as well. Both explained how the spraying of their product does its job in fighting the pesky bugs and how it would reduce our roly-poly, silverfish and black widow issues now and in the future. They are great on the phone. Tyler was straight forward and super nice. I called them on a Saturday and came out quickly. Leo was our tech and he was great. Very thorough. Ernesto has done great work on our property for the past ~two years (a few others come out occasionally, but it's usually him). He's very personable, and we tend to chat for a bit when he comes to service my home as well to make sure everything is alright. He answers any questions I have and has even reminded me about re-services in case things don't stick for any reason - usually not an issue. We got a package deal when GuardUp expanded into my neighborhood/area, and overall it's been a great experience!
