He came over maybe two times to fix some plumbing issues years ago. However, I have called him so many times during the years because he did some decent work. I have left messages and he has NEVER, even called me back once. My Real Estate Agent called him lately to see if he could return my call, which he replied that he would, but once again never called back. I was never mean to him and treated him well, so I don’t know what his deal is but it is highly unprofessional to never return someone’s call.

Matthew is an honest and well-mannered individual. He arrived on time with all the necessary supplies to complete the job. The work turned out to be more involved than he initially anticipated, but even when I offered to pay the difference, he stuck to his original proposal. Matthew took great care to protect our home, putting down floor coverings wherever he worked and thoroughly cleaning up afterward. He was especially careful when opening the drywall, only creating the openings necessary to complete the work properly, even when things got challenging. Since he was working on a gas line, he took extra precautions, checking for leaks three to four times. He was patient, thorough, and focused on doing the job right instead of rushing through it. Matthew also recommended a drywall professional to help close up the openings after the project, which was a huge help. Overall, I am extremely pleased with Matthew Plumbing. I would absolutely recommend him to others. His charges are reasonable, and he is responsible and communicative -- more than I could ask for.
