Got a washer that flooded my house. Due to Best Buy creating a nightmare network of 3rd parties I had 4 separate companies involved telling me they can’t help because they don’t want to be liable. Best Buy is nearly impossible to get to do anything to help and passes the buck every chance they get. Disgusting how little they care post sale. Now after spending $2000 on a new washer and dryer I’m having to do laundry at a laundromat and half my house is under threat of mold. Buy from Costco, a company that actually care about its customers. I wish I did. Edit: Seems awfully unprofessional for the response to this to be sending a message via social media. Update: Customer service is now run through social media. It’s been a month and still not a single shred of progress. The Best Buy process is Groundhog Day levels of repetition, they keep wanting to hear what happened and figure out how to make it someone else’s problem. Again go with Costco or anyone else.

Straight garbage! The managers of this store need to be all fired. There mismanagement of Pokemon drops is ridiculously stupid. They have had one cashier on a drop day. They have left people outside in a line, in the heat. They have absolutely fumbled the ball on this. How is it that other BestBuys can get this right and this store just has massive problems all the stinking time. Seriously one cashier? Store has been opened for two hours and they still can’t clear the line outside.
