I have been in the building for over 2 years now and LOVE it. Everyone is friendly, the owners take care of everything we need, and it's only a mile from my home! I love Valencia, and this building is a big part of that affection!

As a tenant I must say that the building is always clean and inviting. My clients have a comfortable waiting area and comment on how nice it is. The rent is very competitive also. I have been there for several years and have no reason to relocate. The owners are easy to contact and respond quickly. There is a great conference room area so that I can accommodate my clients who cannot go upstairs.
