I have been working with Dave at Fireline since I guess they started. All these years I have Zero complaints but A lot of compliments and Thank Yous. Dave has gone above and beyond. I still call his cell phone and still responds with a smile. Internet service is ABOVE all other carriers. Trust me, I get a lot of Services Request from the Big Carriers but no one can match Fireline. Thank you Dave. I will owe you Lunch

Be careful of this company. Despite five years of paying every bill on time and providing a thirty-day termination notice, Fireline is trying to collect thousands in some sort of "early termination" clause. We contacted them just over a month before our contract was due to "automatically renew." We told them when we intended to close our office. They told us all we needed to do was send in thirty-days notice and never made any mention of the "early termination" clause they planned to enforce (from a contract signed in late May 2017.) After we terminated with notice in August, they charged us nearly a years worth of fees in for services they would not be providing and which they knew in April they would not be providing. They just waited until we sent the thirty-days notice and then sent us a multi-thousand dollar bill. When we disputed this they referred us to a Texas collection agent who called my business partner, myself and my husband on our personal cell phones. Then he started texting me. I asked him repeatedly not to text or communicate with me on my private cell phone and he kept it up regardless - absolutely no respect or professionalism. Very very shady and poor customer service for someone who was a loyal, timely paying customer for five years. Beware ** Also notice the below response tries to excuse this behavior by claiming we were "mid-term." We called in April to tell them we would be ending services at the end of August. They knew they could claim a full year if they were careful not to mention the early termination clause and let us send them the termination with thirty-days notice.

Great service. Not cheap, but if you're a professional and need connectivity this is your solution.

Only positive things to say about Fireline. They are a rare company that works with you on a personal level to get what you need. The speed, reliability, and flexibility of microwave (and later fiber) exceeded my expectations. Any issue or question and Dave was only an email or phone call away. Always helpful and responsive. Always been impressed.

UPDATE: Fireline brought the "early termination fee" to $1000 then sent to a intimidation collection agency. Today they called and the woman yelled at me, sent the wrong invoice, and sent an ACH form for $3950, more than the bill ever was. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Long story short: $3890 early termination fee, reduced to $1890. Fireline seemed like a good choice when the patchy service from Verizon DSL was the only other option. Speeds were slow and expensive but consistent. FIOS was avilable only two months after we got fireline with 10 times the speed and less per month. But the worst was yet to come. BEWARE and read the contract! At time of order, I was given only a 36-month option. When we had to move to a new warehouse and could not take the service with us- FIRELINE CHARGED THE ENTIRETY OF THE CONTRACT AS AN EARLY TERMINATION FEE. In my case, $3890 which was reduced only to $1890 after going back and forth. A small business, punishing other small business'. Not a good practice.
