Our team called a few industrial electrical contractors around Los Angeles but most were not familiar with industrial equipment at our facility. We were experiencing electrical and PLC problems at our manufacturing plant in Vernon and needed help ASAP. Direct Source came in the same day, and gave us a very fair estimate. They found the problem, fixed it. We got back up and running with little downtime. These guys know what they’re doing.

I reached out to Direct Source Electric because my father moved his shoe repair shop from Diamond Bar to Covina, CA. At our shoe repair shop, we utilize heavy shoe repair industrial machinery which unfortunately required electrical upgrades that our new location couldn't support. As soon as I sent a consult form via their website, I received a call and set up a time for their team to check out the job. They came within the same week, gave us an estimate and we proceeded with the job. Their office manager reached out shortly to let me know the timeline and next steps. She also helped me coordinate with the team to ensure they got the job done as soon as possible. The entire process was fast, smooth, professional, friendly and best of all reliable. I would recommend Direct Source Electric to anyone looking for expert level electrician services.

We called to have a customer's pump checked out for a no-power issue. They were professional and prompt, diagnosed the issue quickly, and fixed it at no charge since it was an easy fix. That type of customer service goes a long way in showing how they operate their company. They will be our FIRST call for the next electrical need.
