I recently reached out to TriWest for support regarding installation issues with work performed by a contractor that used their product. . Unfortunately, they were completely unhelpful from the start. They told me they could not assist and outright refused to provide any clarity or guidance on the installation problems as needed. The customer service representative was rude and inconsiderate, showing zero willingness to help resolve the situation. This lack of professionalism left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend TriWest to anyone looking for reliable support or accountability after the sale. Very poor experiences.

These people clearly don't care about the First Amendment when they come out and harass people on public easement when they're filming which is a lawfully protected procedure. Get over yourselves triWest. You embarrass yourself on a video

This company needs to learn and respect the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. Public photography is not a crime. An extremely un-American company.

Sad bunch of cowards. Called the police on a man with a camera doing a Constitutionally Protected Activity. If the company is that scared of someone exercising their rights, do you really think they care about their customers?

This company vehicle in the attached photo was driving very erratically heading north bound on the 215 heading towards San Bernardino. While cutting off other cars they were swerving and switching lanes in a very dangerous manor and was also driving at an excessive rate of speed. This irresponsible driver could’ve cause a bad accident and therefore someone in this company should bring this to their attention ASAP.
