We had a much better experience with Jeff after not having the best experience with a previous Terminix technician. Jeff was friendly, thorough, and took care of all the spider webs around our home and sprayed for insects. We really appreciated his service and will definitely be requesting Jeff from now on!

I met with Tyler for estimate for ant problem. I felt uncomfortable signing when the screen was completely blank but when I asked him he said I would receive copies via email. I was told appt would be at 8am following morning. 8:30 comes, no show. Call Tyler, doesn't answer. No text no call to inform me what time they are showing up. After I called their office and complained I find out appt was set between 2 and 4. I stated my disappointment with their company and being my first experience with them I don't recommend them. I will be canceling their services. 7/21 Still have spider problems I don't recommend this company. Not worth the money!!! Here I am 7/21 still have ant problem and found fleas on my dog. Never had a flea problem before. Called and directed to a voice mail. Can't get anyone on the phone. Very frustrated DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Communication-was top notch, knowledge and experience and the work was efficient and I was impressed with the follow through. This was all a brand new experience but unsettling for me because of a rodent issue. I was full of anxiety and stress but Philip the Technician put my nerves to ease right out the gate. Everything was expidtied and taken care of. Thank you to the entire team, inclusion team, insulation and removal team and inspection team I highly recommend Terminix to everyone.
