Carlos, the owner, was very patient and prompt in answering all my questions and concerns regarding the whole process. He appears to really care about customer satisfaction. I also worked with Edwin, the onsite supervisor. He was easy and helpful to work with. He gave me some great recommendations of using polyfresko on part of our roof and to add rafter supports to fix the sagging rake on our roof . He made sure I was satisfied with the work done and fixed any issues I had, quickly. Their price is in the middle out of the 5 estimates I got. Overall, I am very satisfied with their job and would highly recommend them for a complete roof replacement.
