Terrabuild Contractors was incredibly helpful in turning a one-bedroom condo from a run-down, barely livable space into a beautiful, modern home. The full remodel included smart updates to the kitchen, appliances, flooring, finishes, and materials throughout, and they made many good decisions on their own while still following long-distance directions from the trustee. They were always accommodating, responsive, and easy to work with during every part of the renovation process. the team also continued to provide fast service whenever support was needed afterward. we now have a lovely, high-end rental unit that looks clean, stylish, and well crafted. for such a smooth remodel and great result, they deserve five stars, and i would gladly recommend them. it really was a big change, and we are very happy with the final outcome.

I had a great experience working with Richard and Luke from TerraBuild Contractors during our full home remodel. From the first meeting to the final walkthrough, they stayed involved, flexible, and focused on every part of the job. They completely upgraded our home with a beautiful bathroom remodel, kitchen renovation, and new flooring, while also handling permit and inspection requirements in a smooth and organized way. As the remodel grew, they adjusted easily to our added requests and helped with design choices, layout ideas, and material selections so everything stayed on schedule. Their workmanship and attention to detail really stood out, and if anything needed an adjustment, they took care of it quickly and professionally to make sure we were happy with the results. What made the experience even better was how easy they were to work with. Communication was consistent, meetings were simple to schedule, and they made the whole remodeling process feel comfortable and well managed. They listened to our feedback, kept us informed during each phase of construction, and showed real care for the quality of the finished work. We were so pleased with the interior renovation that we are also moving forward with more exterior home improvement upgrades with them.

I recently had a new 2-ton heat pump installed as part of my home HVAC upgrade, replacing a very old unit. After comparing several estimates from local remodeling and HVAC contractors in Santa Monica, this team clearly stood out. The proposal was detailed and easy to understand, including the exact equipment model, efficiency rating, thermostat, scope of work, and installation plan, which gave me a lot of confidence in the project. Their pricing was very fair, especially considering the quality of the equipment and the care they put into explaining the options. Jesse was excellent to work with throughout the process. He answered questions quickly, kept communication clear, and even stopped by during the installation to make sure everything was running smoothly and the home improvement work was on track. The install crew, Caleb and Mitchell, were professional, hardworking, and skilled. They handled the HVAC replacement with care, stayed focused, and came up with smart solutions whenever small challenges came up during the job. It was clear they had strong experience with this kind of residential upgrade, and they treated my home with respect from start to finish. There was a little follow-up needed with the office, but once I reached out again, everything was handled well and the process moved forward smoothly. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in Santa Monica looking for reliable heating, cooling, and home comfort improvements.

The team was a huge help with an urgent home accessibility remodeling project for my elderly father. After he suffered a serious leg injury and needed a wheelchair, we realized his home had no safe entry because it sits on a raised foundation. We needed a wheelchair ramp installed fast so he could return home from the hospital. After speaking with several contractors, I connected with Caleb, who really took the time to understand my father’s mobility needs and the layout of the house. His main focus was making the home safe and accessible, not trying to upsell us on products we did not need. He suggested a practical temporary ramp solution for the early stage of recovery, which helped us handle the immediate need in a cost-effective way. Once my father’s condition improved, Caleb came back and helped us plan a more permanent ramp and entry solution that fit the home better and offered long-term durability. I appreciated that he kept both budget and function in mind throughout the process. The workmanship was solid, the installation was timely, and the whole accessibility upgrade made a big difference in daily life. What stood out most was the care, honesty, and follow-up. Caleb checked in afterward to make sure everything was working well and that my father was comfortable using the new setup. If you need home remodeling work related to accessibility, ramps, or safer entry options in Santa Monica, I highly recommend this team.

A friend recommended TerraBuild Contractors for our home remodeling project, and hiring them for our kitchen renovation was one of the best decisions we made. We were very happy with how the whole remodel came together, especially the way the team kept the work aligned with our budget for the cabinets, countertops, finishes, and other details. The project manager, Richard, was extremely helpful throughout the process. His knowledge, guidance, and support with picking materials, layout details, and design options made everything much easier and less stressful. Richard was responsive, dependable, and always available when questions came up, which helped the kitchen remodel move smoothly from start to finish. Jesse in the office also did a great job coordinating scheduling, delivery timing, and communication, so the materials and installation stayed on track. The workmanship, planning, and attention to detail really stood out, and the finished kitchen looks beautiful, functional, and well built for everyday use. We were so pleased with the quality of the renovation that we decided to move forward with a primary bathroom remodel as well. The results exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly recommend this team to anyone planning a kitchen renovation, bathroom upgrade, or general home improvement project in Santa Monica.
