I had a very challenging job, to put HVAC units into a very crowded ceiling space in an extremely high-end Venice house- All the other biggest hvac companies came - and told me what I wanted to do was impossible (again and again)- and were extremely pushy to try and get me to accept uglier solutions that were easier for them. And then I found Lucas and his team who found a way- and crushed it!! The amount of care and precision that was required was insane. These guys are the best. Period.

So impressed with R&C Heating and Cooling!! They were punctual, professional, and took the time to do a thorough diagnostic on our unit rather than just eyeballing it and throwing out a number. They walked us through all of our options clearly and patiently, explained the pros and cons of each, and never once made us feel pressured. Their communication throughout was excellent - responsive, straightforward, and refreshingly honest. If you're looking for an HVAC company in the LA area that actually treats you like a person and not just a transaction, this is it!

Our experience with R&C Heating was excellent and we highly recommend them! We interviewed 3 companies to replace our furnace for our residence. We chose R&C, a smaller company, as the co-owner Lucas was the person who evaluated our job and would be the one overseeing the install directly. In other words they did not send a salesman to evaluate the job and there was no upselling items we did not need or pushing us to sign a contract immediately for a better price. Their price was competitive and we appreciated knowing who would be doing the actual install. The install had its issues, mainly product related, but both Lucas and Luiz (owners) were involved and diligently worked to resolve all issues. They were professional and responsive at every stage of the process. We were happy to be able to support a small local company.

R&C Heating & Cooling were awesome. They came to fix the a/c in our house, walked us through what needed to be repaired clearly and fixed all the things that were wrong with it. They did a beautiful job, cleaned up after themselves and were exceedingly professional at all times.

Lucas and Luiz are excellent at their craft at R&C AC and heating. They removed and installed a AC new unit on my roof. They even helped me out for the City of LA rebate, wow!. My unit runs great and have had no issues throughout this extremely hot summer. Rooftop units are very sensitive to install and these guys made it look like child's play on the install. They were professional, clean and fast. We even purchased a maintenance plan, to come out quarterly to keep things running smoothly. Please give these guys a try, they are the best A+.
