Jordan and his crew were fantastic. They replaced our roof and gutters and also rebuilt the front porch deck, all with great attention to detail from a friendly, efficient roofing team. When our window screens first had a metal edge that later came loose, Jordan returned and re-screened all the windows using rubber hardware that has held up very well. He stands behind his roofing materials and workmanship for the long term, showing real integrity and professionalism from start to finish.

I have nothing but praise for the roofing team. Jacob was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions in a clear and patient way. He and his crew arrived at my home as scheduled and kept the roofing project moving smoothly. When rain caused a short delay, Jacob called right away to explain the situation and let me know the crew would return as soon as it was safe to get back on the roof. I never had to chase anyone down because Jacob always answered my calls or got back to me quickly. He explained each step of the roof replacement process, from removing the old barrel tile roof to installing the new metal roofing system. The crew worked carefully, stayed organized, and cleaned up debris at the end of every day, which I really appreciated. It was obvious that customer satisfaction and quality workmanship mattered to them. I’m very happy with the finished metal roof, and it has given my home a clean updated look while also feeling strong and well built for the Santa Monica climate. Overall, it was a smooth roofing experience with great communication, reliable service, and excellent results.

I had an older roof in Santa Monica and thought I might need a full replacement. I called a local roofing company, and they sent Frederick out quickly. He was friendly, professional, and came prepared to inspect the roof and check the problem areas. He got up on the roof, recorded a video, and showed me exactly what he found, including a few roofing issues I had not noticed from the ground. After the inspection, Frederick took time to explain the roofing process, the repair and replacement options, and the steps the crew would use to make sure the new roof would be durable, cleanly installed, and built to last in the sunny coastal weather. He answered my questions in simple terms and made the whole project easy to understand. The new roof looks excellent, and the entire experience was smooth, fast, and stress free. The crew worked efficiently, kept the area tidy, and delivered quality workmanship from start to finish. If you need roof repair or a new roof, I would definitely recommend having Frederick come out and take a look. He did a fantastic job.

Roofing Solutions Santa Monica removed the old boxed-style roof and rebuilt it with new decking and shingles. clinton and the crew nailed everything to code, replaced the flat roof area over the added office space, and improved the roof line to a clean gable design instead of the old Pizza Hut look. They used durable 50-year shingles that are a smart fit for hot, sunny weather and strong seasonal winds. The price was fair, the crew was excellent, and the whole roofing job felt well organized from start to finish. frederick kept the work area neat, handled the needed inspections, and shared photos of the progress, which gave me real peace of mind. i was referred by friends who had used them before, and now i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement. After the rain, the roof held up great with no leaks, and the house feels much better protected. donovan also made sure the flashing and roof details were done right.

From beginning to end, Roofing Solutions Santa Monica made the whole roofing process easy and stress-free. Donovan and Tristan were very professional and offered helpful suggestions for improving the look of our roof that we hadn’t considered before. The crew worked efficiently, finished the job quickly, and left everything spotless afterwards. Everyone on the team was friendly and polite, and the cost was fair for the quality of work. We found them after asking our Santa Monica neighbors for roofer recommendations, and several people suggested this company. We’re really pleased with our new roof and gutters—it looks fantastic and feels sturdy.
