I'm a current tenant in a unit managed by WPMLA, and I work elsewhere as a property manager. Unfortunately, my experience here is that Westside Property Management neither takes care of the owners or the tenants. We have had no working fridge/freezer for 2 days with no rush to help, emergency maintenance calls and messages on the weekends go unanswered, and important items are mishandled, resulting in extreme inconvenience and growing expenses. I've tried to reach WPMLA's owner to discuss my concerns with no reply. Property owners are paying a good percentage of their rental income and tenants are paying good rent -- all deserve better service and accountability.

Great property managers!! We love our apartment & whenever an issue comes up, the team at Westside Property Management is quick to respond & resolve the issue. Recently, our AC needed to be fixed (especially before the summer). We reached out & within a week it was back up & working. In all their correspondences they've been kind & helpful, unlike larger property management firms. Can't recommend them enough!

Have used this company for a little over a year and so far have had a great year managing our current tenants. They will soon be moving out and will be using their services to move them out and vet for new tenants. I do recommend this company for the easy communication and timely follow up.

Recently required maintenance for a property I moved into. Maintenance request was simple using the Westside App - very practical. A service provider was booked same day and access requests were managed quickly via phone and text. Repairs completed within 24 hours which was great and much appreciated.
