Lori at Village Flooring & Renovations really helped us find the right style, color, and material when we selected our luxury vinyl flooring, we are very happy with our new floors. I also want to say the two workers that installed our floors, Diego and his partner, were not only early on the job, but very respectful being in our home and very tidy. Diego deserves some special praise for some extra detail work he did in the cut of the vinyl to fit around my fireplace and the trim work he did in my kitchen when he replaced my ¾ round wood with composite, it looks fantastic now. I also don’t want to forget about the “savior of the hour” Frank from the warehouse division who came to our aid twice. Once for moisture concerns in our slab. He had contacts that were able to roll out quickly to make evaluations, offer solutions, and provide action to resolve the issue so the job could be completed with minimal delay. Then, when the job was right at the end of completion I spilled paint on the new floor. Frank came out to mitigate the damage and showed me some techniques to remove the paint and clean the vinyl so as not to need replacement of the new boards. We had our entire 50 yr. old kitchen completely gutted and replaced and it’s absolutely wonderful!!! Lori ran the show and helped us choose what we wanted. The workers were very nice, fun, clean and professional. We also had all the floors in the house replaced. No more old built-in rugs…. Just clean floors! We’ll start up again with other parts of the house after a break. What a great idea!!! Pictures coming…….

Highly recommend! I had new floors installed throughout my house and the final result looks amazing. The owner, Lori, was very helpful, responsive to email and text, and provided excellent customer service. We had recently purchased the house and were nervous that the previous floors had a water damage issue. Lori recommended the next best steps and recommended high quality products to avoid any potential future issues. Lucky the team found no water damage and we were able to proceed with install right away. The installation team was very friendly and very hard working. Its been about 1.5 months since the install and everything looks great!
