After more than 25 years — a full quarter century — of loyal service, my experience with Powell Termite and Pest Control ended very disappointingly. Despite multiple official requests for basic service documentation and proof of work, no information was ever provided. I was even hung up on by someone I was told is the owner’s son during a polite call requesting routine information. Rather than addressing these reasonable requests, Powell Termite abruptly terminated our account without resolution. It’s unfortunate to see such poor communication and professionalism after decades of loyalty.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed by the service. When they tented the home that we were purchasing in MAY they broke over 100 tiles on our roof. They should have repaired the roof before we moved in or shortly thereafter. We got the keys to the home June 1st. It is now almost SEPTEMBER and they finally came out a week ago (after me and the realtor calling and calling them for repair) and did HALF of the job and left. The rest of the tiles are sitting in our backyard and the roof is still not complete. This was a Saturday, they said they would call us on Monday and did not. I just called again and it is AUGUST 31st!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for termite tenting. I am beyond upset about this and get no answers besides "we are backed up" I have called about rain and the woman actually told me that they tiles were for looks and they had no impact on water damage. Do not use this company.

The owner of Powell is just a really great person. Totally trustworthy and honest. Never tries to convince you that you need a service that you don't. I am in real estate and have used his company many many times. They also do all types of wood repairs.I have used he and his team to tent my house for termites as well, and have him to my house monthly for pests control. Very satisfied 🙂👍

Excellent work and great customer service. Mr. Doug Drum, the President & CEO and Ms. Rhonda McKee, the Office lady worked closely and efficiently with us. Everything went smoothly from the termite inspection to the completion of entire fumigation process. I highly recommend Powell Termite & Pest Control.
