Just had Nick from NA Plumbing over at my mom's house in Lakeside this weekend. We had called multiple plumbers that had told her she needed leak detection (over $500 to start) before anyone would even come out, that no one would come until Monday without exceptional "weekend fees." My dad passed away this April and she is by herself and now had no running water, no shower, no bathroom. Nick went above and beyond and was able to get over to her the next morning and fixed this issue quickly and efficiently. He was professional and personable, made sure the work was complete and that everything was back up and running so she didn't have to get a hotel room for the weekend (more $$). We are grateful for Nick and his excellent work, we have already shared his info with friends and family and definitely have our new official family plumber. Thanks for everything Nick!

Drain repair of cast iron piping did not go well. Great job by Nick and crew to fix and install new tub/enclosure and pedestal sink. Will call for repairs in the future.

Just had a 75 gallon water heater replaced! It is the second one NA Plumbing has done for us! They were very responsive and did great work!

I was disappointed to see only one review for NA plumbing. If I went by just reviews I would have passed on using their services. I was referred to NA plumbing by a friend who recently had them do a remodel of their restaurant. I was not disappointed, the plumber showed up on time was polite and saved me a ton of money by fixing a few things at our home in RSF. WILL USE AGAIN AND REFER TO FRIENDS!

I hired NA Plumbing after a consultation in my home to move a gas line for a new HVAC installation on October 7th, 2016. Nicholas Ancona, the owner of NA Plumbing came to my home, with his employee, Kenny and inspected the site and offered me a price of $500 that we agreed to. The work was done on October 10th by the employee, Kenny. During the course of the work, black glue was dripped down from our attic access onto a dresser below, some items on the dresser (which was not covered) and the carpeting. All items were ruined. I immediately contacted Nicholas Ancona, the owner via text and sent photos of the damages. He responded apologetically and came by the next morning, October 11th to inspect the damages. Nicholas Ancona offered to pay to replace the carpet in our bedroom and for the refinishing of our dresser and said, not a problem, he would take care of it. We were in the middle of a remodel at the time and were not expecting to incur additional unexpected costs and time delays due to this defective work. Our entire upstairs carpeting had to be replaced for a total of $3384.48. We sent an invoice to NA Plumbing for less than half, only the master bedroom along with a proposal for the refinishing of the dresser and the cost of a dress shirt that was ruined during the incident as well. After deducting the $500 invoice that NA had originally sent us, the total reimbursement request from NA Plumbing is $1605.00. Mr. Ancona is now refusing to pay for the damages that his company did to our home and property. All of this is documented in photos, texts, emails and witnesses. As a designer working in the same industry as Mr. Ancona, and knowing many of the same industry professionals, I am shocked at his lack of professionalism and complete disregard for us and our home. I would hate for others to be treated in this manner.
