I had my new laptop set up and a printer that I’ve had issues with connected properly. I was very pleased with a professionalism courtesy. And the work that was done. He did more than I thought would be needed and explained everything as he did it. And I also received information on how to correct a few things in the future if I wanted to make changes It’s nice to see people who will tell you how to do something instead of making you pay to have him come back. I had two TVs mounted (one a 75”) and Javier’s installation was unbelievably precise. Javier was professional, friendly and knows his stuff. My experience booking the service with Anthony was also professional and friendly. Communication was excellent, too, which is often missing in business today. Anthony was great. My computer tower had problems of me logging in and had some hardware issues. Anthony was understanding on the phone and was able to explain, in simple terms since I am not a computer person, what is needed for my computer to run again. He was very communicative and did not proceed to any steps without my approval for the process. I think what I value the most was his honesty in terms of my computer would be able to run using the old parts to save me money but also gave me other options based on my price point. My computer is now running flawlessly and faster than when I got it new. Will definitely go back to him for help with my computers in the future.
