Air conditioning unit needed service. I found them on a Facebook ad and called. Our technician was Gabriel. He was polite and knowledgeable, explaining what needed to get done and the reason for the repair/replacement. He sat down with us and reviewed the options we had for this old unit we currently have. I saw an IG add for a local HVAC company and needed spring maintenance on my AC unit, it is an 8 year old unit that had some failing parts, Gabriel came out and identified the issues, picked up the parts and had my unit running smooth in just a couple of days. Adam with Custom Air was able to resolve a wiring issue with our CO system and integrate the sensors into our exhaust fan by installing the transformer inside the exhaust fan disconnect. Really streamlined the workflow and made the situation pass inspection with ease! He definitely has the advanced knowledge to resolve the issues that typically cause me weeks of delays and back and forth calls between subs and consultants. I highly recommend them!
