Sal deserves a 5 star plus. He communicated in advance, arrived on time (even though the area is notoriously difficult to park in), was thorough in setting up and checking that everything worked well, had a great attitude and the total time it took was very impressive. I’m adding to this because I just had AJ on a separate Zentro call regarding Directv installation (the previous one for Sal was the Internet portion). Everything I said regarding Sal applies directly to AJ as well, I am now really impressed with the company in general. Additionally, AJ gave me some really good tips regarding my install since it was not conventional and quite frankly, I may not have continued with DIRECTV were it not for his detailed explanations.

I was completely sick and tired of Spectrum's terrible service and was desperately looking for a way out. Luckily, I received a Zentro mailer and immediately decided to make the switch. The sign-up process was a breeze, and my internet was connected instantly! However, I noticed the speed wasn't quite as fast as expected at first. I contacted customer service, and they promptly scheduled a technician visit just two days later. That’s when AJ came to the rescue. He arrived right on time at 11:00 AM, accurately diagnosed the issue immediately, and fixed it incredibly fast. The speed is now incomparably fast—way better than what I had before! Not only is the speed amazing and guaranteed, but the price is also less than half of what I used to pay. On top of that, they are offering a '2 months free' promotion, which I am currently in the process of verifying to ensure I get the full benefit. Although I will need to use it more to see its long-term performance, today’s service and friendliness from AJ were absolutely the best. I am so glad I finally escaped Spectrum. Huge thanks to Zentro, and especially to AJ!

Jeff was absolutely outstanding! From start to finish, he made the entire Wi-Fi installation process quick, easy, and stress-free. Excellent Service from AJ! AJ was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, punctual and extremely courteous throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain everything, made sure everything was wired properly and working with my eero app. What stood out most was AJ’s attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right the first time. He was efficient, respectful, and clearly takes great pride in his work. It is refreshing to work with someone who is both technically skilled and genuinely dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
