Highest Recommendation – Exceptional Service, Every Single Time We have been working with Mary and her team for the past three years, and I can say without hesitation that Milan Cleaning Services has been nothing short of exceptional. Before hiring Mary, I interviewed several cleaning companies. What immediately set her apart was her professionalism and expertise. While other companies required me to explain what needed to be cleaned and how, Mary was the only one who did the opposite. She walked the property with me, identified exactly what needed attention, and clearly explained how thoroughly her team would handle every detail. She required no instruction whatsoever. She simply knew what to look for and how to do the job right. That level of knowledge and confidence has carried through from day one and has never wavered. Mary is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is responsive, reliable, and genuinely invested in doing excellent work. Her entire team is friendly, polite, and consistently professional. They clean all of our common areas every single week, and they go above and beyond what is expected. One standout example is that they began washing down our pool deck regularly without us ever asking, and they have continued to do so ever since. In addition to our weekly service, whenever we have an apartment vacancy, Mary sends out a team of two to three people to perform a full professional deep clean to prepare the unit for the next tenant. The results are always outstanding. It is rare to find a company that combines this level of thoroughness, initiative, consistency, and genuinely pleasant customer service, but Milan Cleaning Services delivers on all of it, every time. It is my absolute pleasure to give Mary and her team the highest possible recommendation. Any business or property looking for exceptional cleaning services and top tier customer care would be fortunate to work with them.

I would highly recommend Mary and her crew for your house cleaning needs. On two previous occasions they cleaned homes that needed extensive cleaning to put them on the market to sell. Both times the cleaning results were excellent. I recently requested her cleaning services on short notice and her crew came through exceeding expectations. I really didn't expect shower door that hadn't been cleaned in ages to look so good! Thank you Mary and crew!

Over the past twenty years, we have used a number of commercial cleaning services in an effort to make our apartments "Rent Ready" when tenants move out. We were most pleased by the service provided and the attention to detail one rarely finds in the industry of late. Well done, indeed and we look forward to seeing Nellie and her crew again for many times to come. Thank you, Mary Wilcox for hooking us up with the BEST.

We’ve been using Milan Cleaning Services for our office cleaning, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The team is always punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. They don’t just “surface clean” they pay attention to the little details that make a huge difference, from spotless desks to sparkling restrooms. Our workspace has never looked (or smelled) better, and it’s made such a positive impact on our staff and clients. Communication is seamless, and they’re flexible with scheduling when we need adjustments. I highly recommend Milan Cleaning Services to any business looking for reliable, top-quality cleaning services!

Mary has great people that do a fantastic job! They clean so well and leave the house perfect every time they visit. Also, we had to move some dates for cleaning around because we are gone for a few months in the year and they worked with us regarding that. Mary herself is masterful in her management of her company. I recommend them with out question!
