We used BK Electric to install a chandelier in our entryway and they did an excellent job. It was a heavy fixture and not the easiest install, but they handled it carefully and made sure everything looked balanced and secure. The final result came out exactly how we wanted.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS This is the most crooked company I have ever dealt with. They collected large sums of money upfront and massively overbilled without completing the work. We paid 15,600 dollars and still do not have the flangeless cans we paid for in full. They make endless excuses and then simply do not show up. When you finally get frustrated after being ripped off, they flip the script and insult you. Marina actually said that every contractor on site had said horrible things about me, which was clearly an attempt to deflect from the fact that they took money and never finished the job. Lights flicker throughout the house, several do not work at all, and they left dirty handprints all over freshly painted walls. We were left with an incomplete job, missing lights, and thousands of dollars wasted. See the screenshots attached for how Marina speaks to clients after her company takes your money and disappears. She is extremely sweet at first and says things like “we treat our customers like family,” but the moment you hold them accountable, she turns hostile and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and hire literally anyone else.

BK Electric was a pleasure to work with. They completed a thorough electrical inspection of my house when it was in escrow. Once my home sale closed, they promptly completed some major electrical upgrades that were needed to bring my older home into this decade, including an electric panel replacement. Their electricians and office staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend BK Electric.

I just want to let everyone to know that I had a great experience with BK Electric Services. They were very professional, polite and punctual, and they did a great job with upgrading my old electrical panel, in addition to installing a new ceiling fan. I also want to add that Enrique is the BEST!! I can’t forget about Marina, she’s such a beautiful soul and very helpful! I will definitely be working with these guys when it comes to any future electrical needs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with BK Electric, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, their service was exceptional. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. The pricing was very competitive, especially considering the high quality of work they provide. They tackled a challenging installation that involved running electrical lines through concrete and hard-to-reach areas, and they did so with impressive skill and efficiency. What truly stood out to me was their commitment to customer service. After the installation, I encountered a minor issue, and to my surprise, they responded promptly—even on a holiday! They came out right away to address the problem, demonstrating their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, BK Electric is currently assisting me in securing a rebate with LADWP, which is a fantastic bonus that helps offset the cost of the installation. Their expertise in navigating these processes is invaluable. If you're looking for an electrician who combines great service, expertise, and fair pricing, look no further than BK Electric. They have earned my highest recommendation!
