Our acupuncture treatment room's switch for the lights was randomly flipping, leaving us practitioners in pitch darkness during needle placement; this was the subject of patients' online reviews and we were embarrassed. After plugging in a power monitor to the circuit, the electrician determined that the cause of the problem was inrush current caused by turning the LED dimmer units on at the same time and replaced the circuit breaker with an inrush rated unit to stop this, our treatment room lighting has not ever stopped for the past seven months of running it with the full operation of patients on the facility and what a difference.

We installed a 2-ton ductless mini-split to our detached home office and had it shut down as soon as our home HVAC man came in and saw at our sub panel that there was no room to install the circuit (dedicated) that the new unit needed to draw 30 amps from. The electrician changed four single-pole breakers with slim-fit tandem breakers to free up two places to fit the new breakers, added a dedicated 30 amp circuit to the location of the outdoor condenser, and the HVAC finished the refrigerant connections with the project's commissioning this afternoon when the system started up and the office was cooled to the set temperature in just 20 minutes.

The contractor added a second story onto our home and after the walk-through, the contractor decided to install new NM cable on top of an existing circuit run without adequate spacing, all of which would have been covered by the drywall upon its completion. Before the dry wall crew returned the electrician noted that there were conflicting cables and he re-routed the cable through a separate chase, placed the proper cable staple at code appropriate intervals and took photos of each adjustment before closing the wall to document it prior to his return. Not a single item was noted on the 'correction list' at this final rough-in check and we have no doubt that there is nothing dangerous in the completed walls!

When my breaker needed replacing, their electrician delivered exceptional service. Not only was he highly knowledgeable, but he took time to walk me through each step of the process. The transparency about costs and repairs was refreshing. Without hesitation, I recommend them for any electrical needs!
