I’m so impressed with the work done by Flooring America! Bruce was super helpful and communicative, providing great support when needed. Javier and Omar did an amazing job with the floors. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend them.

Great selection on the showroom floor. Majic was very patient with me and was very helpful in selecting a flooring. When they laid the flooring, the crew was skilled and they cleaned up well and were very considerate. Highly recommend!

I am beyond happy with the flooring work that was completed in our home today! From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and honestly better than I could have imagined. The team was fast, efficient, extremely clean, and paid attention to every detail. They completed the job quickly without cutting corners, and the final results came out absolutely beautiful. What impressed me the most was how organized and respectful they were—no mess left behind, everything was cleaned up perfectly, and the work was done with care and precision. I am super satisfied and truly ecstatic with the results. If you are looking for a flooring contractor that is reliable, professional, and does amazing quality work, I highly recommend them. I will definitely be using them again and referring them to everyone I know! Thank you again for an outstanding job!

Job 4: This is the fourth time I used Flooring America with Majic and his crew. Please refer to Jobs 1-3 to see the breathe of work that Majic has previously done for me. I am doing a major kitchen remodel which includes removing a wall (between the old kitchen and breakfast area) and adding new structural support beams. Anyone doing a major remodel may be familiar with the discovery phase. You don't know what is hiding behind the existing walls and floors. Since we ordered the same engineering hardwood planks as the rest of the house, this review is focusing on the skill and support of Majic and his team. You have floor people, and you have Majic. He was very supportive and responsive during this time. He and his installers (Nicolas & Juan) does more than just lay floors, they even resolve the complex floor issues. Photo 10: Is my concrete foundation after the wall was removed. The red lines indicate the new walkway. Notice that the floor is 2 levels. Majic sent Nicolas to the rescue. He had to grind down and level the floor (Photo 11). Photo 12: The indented foundation due to the another old support beam. Nicolas prep the foundation to be hardwood floor ready (Photo 13). All this had to be done before the cabinets were installed. So we saw Nicolas multiple times. In summary, I lay my trust in Majic and his team. Photos 14-17 show the installed floor. Where Photo 15 is the walkway which was previously leveled. Once again they did a beautiful job. Previous reviews... When you find a good thing, you continue to use it over and over again. Job 1: I first worked with Majic on my mother's house. As usually, you get consultation and estimates from various vendors. Before Majic came, he asked many questions on what we wanted to do. This way he was able to bring the right samples for us to look at. Surprisingly, he was the only vendor that did this. He was quite thorough. If we wanted to look at more stuff, he invited us to go to his showroom. It wasn't necessary because he brought everything for us to make decisions. The complexity of my mom's house, was we had to match her existing hallway engineering hard wood floor installs 8 years prior. Amazing, Majic was able to accomplish that. Installation was beautiful. Photo 1 Job 2: A year later, my house need new floors. I used Majic again. We replaced all my carpet and laminate with engineering hardwood. They did my whole house, including stairs! Majic's team did a beautiful job, When they installed the baseboards, the level of details was very precise. My floors are beautiful. Photos 2-4 Job 3: A year later, I went with Majic to redo my floors and showers for my vacation condo. The complexity with this job was to follow the CC&Rs, and to ensure our downstairs neighbors couldn't hear us walking around. It was great that Majic had lots of experience in this arena. He recommended the perfect underlayment. When we were selecting the tile, he educated us on various tiles. Whether a specific tile needed sealing or not. And who ever heard of Rectified Porcelain (our pick). He even talked with our contractor to discuss the various accessory tiles and special installation information. Photos 5-9 I can continue on and on, but pictures tell a 1000 words. Please excuse some of the incomplete pictures, because my remodeling is still in the works.
