We called for heater service because the system kept shutting off randomly. The tech performed a full diagnostic, checked the limit switch, and found a failing thermostat connection. After repairing the wiring and recalibrating the thermostat, the heater ran consistently without any interruptions. The technician explained each step clearly and made sure the system was safe and heating evenly before finishing up.

Victor handled a detailed AC checkup for us. He cleaned the fins, tested voltage, and topped off refrigerant. The unit is running better than ever. He took the time to explain how to maintain it between services too.
