Kilowatt sent their technician Francis to troubleshoot our HVAC system that had stopped producing cold air. While the problem was in our outdoor condenser, he was thorough and checked the other components of our system to verify there were not any additional hidden problems. He had the parts needed on his truck and was able to bring our system back to life during this single visit. He also made recommendations for additional service which would improve efficiency and extend the life of our 10-year-old system even further. I’m very pleased with results and Francis’s thoroughness and will be calling Kilowatt in the future as needs arise.

The tech John was very nice, informative and professional. My only complaint is that when I scheduled the service and even that morning, they wouldn’t give me an arrival window smaller than 8 to 5. After trying another phone number I finally got through to someone who gave me a 12-4 window, which was at least better.

The Kilowatt tech was polite and professional. She explained what she had done and provided photos of her work. I have been using Alladin for years before it was recently acquired by Kilowatt and have always been satisfied with their work.

Getting appointment for service is call was easy and technician arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. Thankfully all me equipment (25 years old) was working properly so everything went smoothly for this year. He did not have filters for my system with him so I recommend letting them know ahead of time what sizes you need so they can bring them to the appointment. I will use this company for all my HVAC needs.

I was happy to have Francis and Hector. They were professional and found the issue without making up false ones. Ive experienced too many handyman who do and then charge astronomical amounts of money. This company had my approval. They respected my requests as well with my mother.
