We could not be more pleased with the job Ernie and his crew did. They were clean, on time, responsive to questions and helpful- best of all they were reasonable! 1000% recommend!

Ernie and his workers did a great job installing a Goodman 4 ton roof package hvac system. Ernie was very knowledgeable and made the process quick and efficient. His pricing was fair and he was very responsive along the way. If you’re looking for a straight forward and quick process, I highly recommend Upright Construction.

Great service! They installed my new AC on the same day they inspected my old AC. They really worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly. I felt like the price was pretty high for an AC/labor, but they were able to finance so i have time to pay. 5 stars nonetheless.

I called Ernest last minute to help with a smell coming from both my mini split and wall AC unit. Decades worth of cigarette smoke had built up inside them and I didn't know if it could even be fixed. He accommodated my call without any hesitation, showed up exactly when he said he would, and got straight to work. His attitude was great the whole time, very professional and easy to talk to. He was completely upfront about pricing from the start, no surprises, just fair and honest rates. He cleaned both units thoroughly and got rid of the smoke smell faster than I expected. The results honestly impressed me. He genuinely went above and beyond and you can tell he takes pride in the work he does. If you want the job done right the first time without the headache of repeat visits and extra costs, Ernest is who you call. I'll be recommending him to anyone I know who needs HVAC work. Highly recommend reaching out for a quote.

I had an amazing experience with UPRIGHT Construction & HVAC and highly recommend them to anyone in Santa Monica and the Los Angeles area looking for reliable HVAC repair and home remodeling services. My 7-year-old American Standard air conditioning unit suddenly stopped working during a hot week. I called several Los Angeles HVAC repair companies, but none of them could properly diagnose the issue or offer a real solution. Thankfully, my neighbor recommended Ernie from UPRIGHT Construction & HVAC. Ernie came out quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and was able to source the original American Standard parts by the next day—something other companies told me would be difficult or take weeks. He fixed the unit efficiently, and my AC has been running perfectly ever since. Throughout the whole process, Ernie was honest, professional, knowledgeable, and very kind, which is rare to find these days. Because we trusted his work so much, we later hired UPRIGHT Construction & HVAC for a garage remodel and ADU conversion at our home in Santa Monica. They transformed our garage into a beautiful 1-bedroom ADU, and the results were truly amazing. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and project management were outstanding. If you’re looking for HVAC repair in Santa Monica, AC repair in Los Angeles, garage conversions, or ADU construction in LA, I strongly recommend UPRIGHT Construction & HVAC and Ernie. They deliver honest service, high-quality work, and real results. Thank you again for the incredible service!
