After losing a parent, I had to work with Ares Insurance, who was the provider for house policy. I can't speak to the actual coverage of the policy but this review is for the representative I had to work with. This representative always had a tone of annoyance in his voice when I needed to call him to get things sorted out. He actual made me feel awful for no reason other than maybe he hates his job. Under all the stress of losing a family member, the last thing I needed was his inability to be kind.

I am so happy with the service here. Working with Linda is a dream. She makes everything very easy to understand, she returns calls and emails lightening fast, it's like having someone in your family helping you, I can't recommend her enough !

Just changed over to Ares Insurance and saved a boatload of money. Fast and helpful. Phil is my agent and he did a great job in getting us very similar if not exact coverage we had before for a lot less money. Could not be happier with this company.
