My water heater went out on a Sunday; the worst possible day for a plumbing emergency. Red Hat Plumbing was the only company that answered the call for service and was prompt in their response to my home. Adam (on the phone) and Josh (onsite at my home) were the definition of professional and courteous. They were able to replace my EOL water heater with a brand new water heater quickly. The caliber of work performed and explanation of everything that was done made me feel assured that I could trust them and the work they performed. I will most certainly be using Red Hat Plumbing for any future plumbing needs at my home.

Red Hat Plumbing is the absolute BEST! I called Adam today who came highly recommended to me from a friend and he (on the same day) sent Fernando out to determine the kitchen plumbing issue we were having. Fernando was great! He figured out the problem right away and did the service work and repaired the issue. I, 100% highly recommend Red Hat Plumbing (Adam and Fernando)!

Great experience with Red Hat Plumbing on Ventura in Sherman Oaks. Fernando was fantastic — he fit me in on short notice and worked around my scheduling limitations, which I really appreciated given the tight timeline I was under. Quick response, professional service, and easy to coordinate with. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with this plumbing company from start to finish. After getting four different quotes, we chose them because they were the most transparent about their pricing and offered a fair, competitive cost with no surprises. Our technician, Alex, was outstanding. He was professional, polite, and friendly throughout the entire job. He installed our new tankless water heater and repaired multiple leaking sinks. His workmanship was excellent, and everything was completed carefully and efficiently. It's clear he takes pride in doing quality work. We really appreciated the honest communication, reliable service, and attention to detail. We wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality plumbing services.

I cannot say enough about Red Hat Plumbing. They were so responsive and understood the urgency of my situation. Their lead tech came out and very quickly diagnosed the issue. He swiftly took care of it and now my septic system is as good as new. I highly recommend this company. You will noy be disappointed.
