Pasha was exceptional in every way. Fair, quick, pleasant, thorough. Could not recommend more highly. (Tankless Navien install)

Rex Plumbing Services bailed me out of a hot water heater emergency. They arrived promptly as promised, gave me several thoughtful options to choose from, and stayed very late to complete the job the next day. Grateful for their quick and excellent response.

Rex plumbing came at ten at night to my building to attempt to fix a faulty water heater. It required a part so they located it and installed it first thing in the morning. They were in constant communications with me and their charge for the work, which included an emergency night call was fair and reasonable. They are an excellent company.

Pasha is amazing! I would highly recommend him and his team. I had a root intrusion issue that a different plumber wanted to dig up and spot fix for thousands of dollars. Pasha was confident that he could clear it with his hydro jet and he absolutely did. He was kind, professional and honest. Thank you Pasha!!

Pavel provided exceptional service during his recent visit to fix two leaking water heaters. He was not only efficient in resolving some unexpected problems with the heaters, but also demonstrated a diligent approach to ensure everything was working perfectly before he left. Pavel was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain what needed to be done and offering tips to prevent future issues. Moreover, l was impressed by his conscientiousness as he cleaned up thoroughly after completing the job. I highly recommend Pavel for his professionalism and outstanding service!!
