I ended up having a pipe leak that damaged part of my ceiling during the night. Luckily Servistar was quick to respond and came in asap the next morning and went straight to work! They were both really professional and thorough. They were able to get my pipes replaced within 2 hours and even gave me advice for a different plumbing question that I had. The price was very reasonable as well given the high quality work. Definitely recommend choosing them their the best in the city!

Michael was wonderful! He arrived right on time and his visit was quick and helpful. He solved our main problem in the kitchen within a matter of minutes, and was able to give guidance on next steps for a separate irrigation issue in our back yard as well. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommend! :)

Our hot water heater stopped working and we couldn't get the pilot light to light or stay lit. It's an older unit so we figured it might be done. We had another company come out first and the quote they gave us to replace it was high so we called Servistar Plumbing for a second opinion and they showed up within the hour, thank God they are close to Studio City.

Daniel was our tech and he was great, super honest and straightforward. He explained what was going on clearly and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. The estimate he gave us was very reasonable (like 30% cheaper than other company!) and they were able to replace it the same day.

After buying an older home in Sherman Oaks, our inspection revealed that the sewer line needed replacement, so we hired Servistar Plumbing and HVAC for the job. They ended up replacing all of our sewer and water lines, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Their customer service and workmanship truly set them apart. The crew used advanced plumbing technology to minimize damage and even restored flooring and drywall afterward, saving us time and money. Michael and his team were professional, honest, and easy to work with throughout the project.

My store was having issues with the bathroom/plumbing. We talked to many companies, but this was the only one that was able to get the job done today. They were very professional, and explained everything with no hidden fees or incentives. Very happy to work with you guys
