I purchased merchandise from the Sherman Oaks location and tried to return it less than 1 week later. The store manager said I couldn't return the merchandise and that he gets to decide to make any purchase final sale, even though the receipt says 2 week return policy. If he had told me the purchase was final sale before I paid, I would not have made the purchase. Do not purchase from this store. I don’t have social media, can’t respond there.

Very nice location. Two story layout. Display are nice and clean. They have water drinking stations and restrooms. Parking might be limited. Staff are nice but sometimes it’s too much attention and when you need them they are not there haha. Overall I would recommend to come and check the products in person before buying

Well I'm boycotting best buy. I bought the wrong laptop charger and assuming I had 30 days to return it I went in on my day off at 17 days. Their policy is 15 days and even though it was not used and only 2 days past the 15 days they refused to let me just exchange it. They offered to let me pay for a 30 membership which would allow me to exchange it up to 60 days but the charger only cost 32 to begin with. I'm irritated to say the least.

I had a great experience with Dylan on April 23rd! I had just come from a previous Best Buy where I was told they only accept "carrier locked phones" for trade ins, which didn't sound right. Dylan corrected the misinformation and made the entire process very quick & easy! He was incredibly helpful and friendly and also managed to get the last phone in stock that I wanted! Will definitely be coming back to this location unlike the other one.

Nick went above and beyond to help us choose the right phone, even though the store had technically already closed about six minutes earlier. He never rushed us and made sure we felt comfortable taking our time to find exactly what we needed. He was attentive, thorough, and checked in on every detail to make sure everything was perfect. I had gotten off work very late, and the fact that he still took the time to help and support me meant so much. I truly appreciate his patience and dedication. I highly recommend asking for Nick if you visit the Best Buy in Sherman Oaks—the team should be proud to have someone like him. 10/10 experience!
