This is an absolute RIP OFF and a waste of time there is nothing here other than a cheese cake factory a gym and a theater parking is 5$ every 15 mins and they will not validate you you’re ticket anywhere unless you purchase from them. Absolutely avoid this place it’s a complete marketing fraud with its 4.6 stars if I could I would give it 0

I don’t know why this mall is still open. I went to pick up food from Cheesecake Factory cuz I had a gift card. Barely any restaurants and some are closed probably due to no traffic. The only thing keeping this mall open is the gym and PF Chang and Cheesecake Factory. Other than that this mall is empty. The worst part was that I thought I get free 1 hour parking like before. Well not anymore. They charged me $5 for picking up my food in 20 minutes. What a joke just cuz they need to get money from somewhere. No other stores to shop except maybe DSW which you have to go upstairs to. I remember in the 80s when this mall was the best and they filmed a lot there such as the famous Valley Girl. It needs to close or open more chic eateries.

My wife and I decided to escape the Hollywood scene and head to Sherman Oaks. In a surprising twist, she playfully 'kidnapped' me as she wanted a change of pace. I must admit, I really enjoy Hollywood, but I was pleasantly surprised by our day. We spent some time shopping at the mall, but the highlight was definitely our lunch at Panini Kabob Grill. It was my first time there, and I was blown away by the incredible food, lovely atmosphere, and excellent service. Overall, it was an amazing experience!

This place has outdoor dining, malls, restos, theatre, and other things... it's a good place to hang out. We were watching a movie here on October 14,2023 scheduled for 11:00 p.m. and we were done by October 15th 2023 1:30 a.m. The only minor issue is that you can get lock in the parking lot.

We had a good time eating at Chessecake Factory in the Sherman Oaks Galleria. I used to work in the Comerica Bank Building in 2015 so it always bring back memories when I come back here. Starbucks still here and it looks like they are back to regular operational hours again. Hana Grill and Salad Farm is still around, along with the same restrauants. I did notice that some stores closed down like the T-Mobile store, some dress store and a homegoods store. The Arclight is now a Regal theater because they brought the space. The only issue we experience here was when we were leaving. We checked our parking ticket to make sure we didn't owe anything which we didn't. But when we try to exit the parking garage, that machine didn't take our ticket so we had to ask for help. The person working there took forever to help us and the button for assistance was no help either.
