The install team was professional, quick, and they cleaned up their mess. I was especially impressed because my house was part of a neighborhood install of fiber optic service and they still treated me as if I was their most important customer of the day. Unfortunately, the sales team is very much a step behind the installation crew. I reached out to them to request information about other available services the same day my internet was installed, and a week later no one has reached out to me.

The good. Service worked fairly well. We had one day when internet was down, they notified me and kept me updated. The bad I need more internet than what Cal net can offer for speeds. I called to cancel, was told someone would call me back to confirm cancellation... I got no call back - Shocker. Ended up calling back and transferred to a "Mike" who "politely" (sarcasm) asked me what do I need. Couldn't give me a confirmation for cancellation or next step. I'm all for small business first - but this is not how you treat a incoming or outgoing customer.

Lauro was very professional and courteous. He was also very knowledgeable with construction and was very concerned about making sure I was happy with where the wires had to be run and where the antenna was on my roof. He made every attempt to ensure that they were as invisible as possible. He went to the entire process with me and showed me exactly how to use the equipment annd everything went off without a hitch. He didn’t even complain about the items outside and inside he had to work around in order to put in the equipment and wiring. I actually forgot about the appointment and didn’t do much in the way of prepping the areas for Him Yet he remained friendly and pleasant the entire time. I would definitely recommend Cal Net to my friends and family simply based on the excellent work that Lauro performed.

Very satisfied with the service provided. Communication was clear, work was done efficiently and to a high standard. Unrelated to the service provided, they identified a potential safety issue and brought it to my attention. Explaining the concern and recommended solution. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking reliable electrical work.

great install. it didn't take very long and the tech was very amenable; let me set up my router wherever i wanted. my sales rep (Dan) was awesome and very clear with communication. the whole thing was real easy and the price was even better! the antennae is a little ugly but the connection more than makes up for it. no drops or lags so far-- very happy with the switch from sux-finity! thanks again to the calnet team, i appreciate actually having options for internet in a small town. keep it up!
