It was a hot day and our AC decided to stop working. We called this company and within two hours Technician arrived at our house. He immediately diagnosed our problem and was ready to begin repairing the unit. I cannot rave enough about how professional and kind the technician was. In addition to fixing the AC he also found some important details that needed attention in our attic. He cleaned out our drain pipes and even changed our air return filter. We signed up for the maintenance package and you can sure bet that I will ask for that technician to be the one to come do it. It is hard to find dedicated, polite young men anymore but today I met one. Call this company and ask for that technician.

AC went out on a hot Saturday night. Called this company very early on a Sunday morning because it was unbearably warm in the house. They promptly responded and scheduled Technician for that morning, and were upfront about estimated cost for the visit itself and estimated time of arrival. Technician was polite, responsive, professional, fixed the capacitor issue, communicated throughout, and let me know the invoice would come via email. So grateful for this company.

Once again the owner and his team did an excellent job. We trust his people and admire their attention to detail. The technician is a fine young man and one hell of a worker. He stayed with the job until it was finished late at night. When you have them working for you, it gets done right at a very fair price.
