Great experience from start to finish. Kevin was very personable, answered all our questions and gave us a reasonable estimate. On the day of the scheduled project, Beto and Daniel arrived on time were very hard working and extremely willing to answer any questions. They explained each step of the concrete patio flooring process. From my introduction to Kevin at Long Beach Grand Prix and his visit to my place for an estimate, I felt comfortable with this job moving forward. Steven and Saul showed up and explained the process and began unloading huge pieces of equipment and began grinding away. They took the extra time to fill and seal a couple of cracks and grind seams for application. Like painting, 2/3 of the day was tedious prep work. Once flakes were applied and allowed to set up, final scrape of flakes and the finish coat applied. This pretty much completes my garage/shop. Stereo, check. Lights, check. Big TV, check. Jake concrete coatings did an excellent job on our driveway. They actually did our whole patio and pool deck. We had a problem with the pennteck product and they stood by the product and honored the great guarantee that they provide with their service. 100% satisfied with the quality of work done by JAK Concrete Coatings on our garage floor and front entry. Our concrete was spalling (if that’s the correct term for whiteish, crumbling patches) and had been painted over with latex paint by the previous owner (which bubbled up and peeled off with every rain). It was in bad shape. Kevin met with us to discuss the process and estimate the price. He was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and friendly. The installers, Saul and Steven, were efficient and organized and seemed to be having fun while working - I could hear them laughing and joking with each other. They kept us updated throughout the 2-day prep and installation process and cleaned up well before they left. After allowing our new surfaces to dry for 48 hrs, they are ready to go, and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend JAK and would use them again without hesitation.

We had imperfections in our garage which included a huge crack. It looks great now and the job took one whole day and I left it alone for 48 hours to properly let it settle. Again, really happy with the result and the professionalism of this company.
