This is a 5-star review because of the exceptional service provided by Jackson and Alex from Pete's Plumbing. They exceeded my expectations by taking the time to patiently explain what needed to be done and why they would need to open walls in areas where I was hoping that wouldn't be necessary. After Jackson explained the situation, I felt completely comfortable with why the walls needed to be opened, where the work would take place, and what they were going to do before any work began. At the start of the project, they carefully laid protective coverings throughout the work area. At the end of the project, they not only sealed the open wall areas with plastic and tape to prevent additional dust from entering the home, but they also cleaned up thoroughly by removing debris and sweeping the stairway, kitchen, and garage floors. Jackson and Alex set a high standard for professionalism, communication, and customer service. Pete's Plumbing has truly raised the bar for what great service should look like with this outstanding duo. Thank you, Jackson and Alex!

My washer broke, and I had already ordered another one which was delivered until they saw the hook ups and the delivery people wouldn’t go any further than that because they looked corroded. I quickly called Pete’s Plumbing and arranged for them to come out a couple days later. They replaced the water hook ups (which weren’t corroded by the way, but definitely needed to updating) and added an extra spigot to the faucet I had in my backyard, Something I’ve wanted for quite a while and they managed to add that to the job in just a few minutes. The next day, my washer and dryer arrived and everything went well.

Frank from Pete’s Plumbing was fantastic. They were able to come out quickly, arrived right on time, and diagnosed my leaking outdoor hose bib right away. Turns out it just needed a simple tightening—not a full replacement. He was honest, helpful, and didn’t charge me. Really appreciate the integrity—highly recommend!

I recently had service completed by Ron and Mark on 2/17/25. I was so disappointed by my stopped up drain but they quickly came to my rescue. When I say outstanding, even that's an understatement. They were kind, professional, reasonably priced and fast. My mom remembered Ron's work on her home in the past and referred me to back to him. He remains consistent and is very knowledgeable.
