We hired Advanced roofing to replace the roof on our apartment building in Long Beach. We did thorough due diligence and went through the quotes we received from Advanced and a couple other roofers in detail. Carlos and his team were organized, punctual and professional. They communicated smoothly with our property manager to coordinate the work. They left the place clean. In my conversation with Carlos, I got a sense that he's pretty genuine and sincere. I would happily do business with this company again!

Our insurance sent us a notice that they were going to cancel our homeowners insurance unless we replaced our roof. After interviewing several contractors, we met with Carlos. He immediately made me feel at ease when he talked about what he could do. We decided to go with him and are extremely pleased with our new roof.
