Outstanding work from beginning to end. John Wood, « Woody », the project manager, was organized, clear in his explanations, honest, and coordinated the project with efficiency. His communication skills gave us confidence and trust. He kept us abreast of the progress throughout. The installation crew did a superb job, were punctual, respectful, paid attention to every detail, took pride in their work and answered our requests and questions in a positive, friendly manner. The final result exceeded our expectations. The finished floor looks fantastic and I highly recommend their service.

Jana at the Solana Beach location was absolutely wonderful to work with! She’s very knowledgable in terms of interior design trends and patient with our indecision over the options! :) She helped us with carpet selection for upstairs bedroom remodels, got us nice samples quickly, was very responsive via email, txt or phone and gave us a very competitive bid. We’re looking forward to the install and then some new vanities for the bathrooms. GO ELSEWHERE! Kelly’s prices were the highest of four overall estimates, but I was promised a quality install on a challenging floor. After signing contracts for tile and wood, she came back to me and increased both contracts by an overall of $12,000. (After having her lead tile and wood installers look at my project, she said this was required for additional prep. ) After agreeing so as to achieve level floors, she came back to me twice more trying to increase the price of the job. She suggested I rip out bathroom floors so that my floors would be uniform and then did not complete the bathroom floor install, leaving me without a bathroom. After the install, both my tile and my wood floors were not level, my wood floors squeak in two locations, the baseboards were not completed, nor was the tile fully grouted, one toilet was set incorrectly, and I had to hire a plumber to set the second toilet. She refuses to honor her warranty or to come back and correct the work… I am well over 80k and all I have is an overpriced product and an incomplete job. Save the time and heartache and go elsewhere.
