Fernando's services are professional and reasonably priced. What stood out most to me is that he doesn't invoke fear like a lot of pest control companies do, making you feel like your whole home is infested. He takes a reasonable approach and doesn't try to upsell you. Dealing with pests in the home can be stressful, but Fernando puts together a clear plan and keeps you at ease, with constant follow up throughout the process.

This is a great company that I have just used for the first time, for rodent control. Jay was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. I will use and recommend this business to anyone. I believe they are trustworthy to an unusual degree.

Have used Pest Solutions for general pest control and termite work as long as I can remember. Dana has been our regular technician for awhile and has always been professional, personable, and proactive (looking for and pointing out potential areas of concern, not simply spraying and leaving). The owners, Mike and Susan, know us as people, we're greeted by name and "how are you and your family?" if one of them answers when we call, and have received rapid replies when we've had an emergency (like a swarm of bees suddenly appearing inside the house). Highly recommend this company.

The roof looks good. BUT. They left broken glass all over my rental's yard overnight. Never installed the lights/fan back on the back porch. Broke water line to the water heater and took 3 weeks to send someone to fix it. I had to threaten their tech Frank with a trespass to actually show up. Frank also replaced the water heater chimney vent. Because he left without a chimney vent for a month. See pics. Likely the 5 star gushers here are fake. They put all the items I had on the deck into the yard and it got rained on and nothing was said. They did not cover the garage with plastic. Black dust all over everything in the garage.
