Great Signs Center
Spring Valley, CA
Great Signs Center is listed in the Retail Tenants Together provider directory as a signage resource for retail tenants in Spring Valley and San Diego County — independent stores and restaurants in shopping centers and street-front locations.
Why retail tenants in Spring Valley work with signage providers
Storefront signage is a lease issue as much as a design one. Shopping-center landlords publish sign criteria that govern channel-letter size, illumination, and placement, and most centers charge for a panel on the pylon or monument sign. Retail sign companies handle the landlord approval and city permit, fabricate and install the sign, and produce window graphics, promotional banners, and interior wayfinding for the store.

These guys are amazing! They were so awesome at making our signs, banners, and stickers for our business. They listened to our needs and had great attention to detail. We definitely recommend them and we'll be back in the future.

I paid lots of money for this business to supply my restaurant a sign and provide a sign permit. This company instead took all the money, making fake promises guaranteeing all sign and permit will be given. They manipulated to get paid and never finished the work. They screened my calls to ignore the work. I ADVISE to NOT waste your time and effort in this place. They’ll rip you off and ignore your calls. It’s been sometime and still nothing.

Great Signs did an excellent job on my little van. The design turned out fantastic, with 10/10 quality. Faris sent me the design very quickly, and we didn't have to change a thing. I brought my van in on Friday, and by Saturday, the vinyl was already installed. The wrap they did for my truck is four years old and still looks great! 🤩
