Excel Pest Control and out technician Rafael provides us with customized, efficient, thorough and top quality service. Having the same monthly serviceman has allowed easy, accessible and direct communication regarding the unique concerns of our home, which has resulted in excellent extermination for the needs of our property!! A latch to our outdoor shed broke and Rafael immediately came over and replaced the latch with an even better one, preventing any type of pest from entry.

Stalin with Excel Pest Management consistently provides outstanding service. His communication is exceptional. He always texts to confirm appointments, keeps us updated on his arrival time, and provides a detailed summary of what he found and the work he completed after each service. I highly recommend Excel Pest Management, and if you have the opportunity, be sure to ask for Stalin. His professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail truly set him apart.

I give the highest possible recommendations to Excel pest management and their team for anyone needing reliable pest control services. The technician was friendly, approachable, and professional throughout the entire process. He helped remove an unwelcome rodent from around our home, took time to address my specific concerns, and throughly explained recommendations. What impressed me most was that he identified and sealed several entry points around the house that had been missed by our previous pest control company. His attention to detail and commitment to solving the problem properly gave me confidence that the issue was truly being addressed.

We needed some pest control services so we contacted Jose and he came to our home. He was prompt and carefully listened to our needs. He then followed up with pricing so we could see what to expect for the budget. His visit was great. He was very honest and did a good letting us know the budget costs. Unfortunately the services we need were just a little out of our price range. We would recommend him to come by your home if you need services. He was helpful and not at all pushy. Thanks again. Jose.
