They were great to work with. They responded within a couple hours to clear my clog. They mitigated thoroughly and worked very well with my difficult insurance adjuster. Made us feel valued. Would trust to use on any loss or plumbing emergency.

Giovanni is the absolute best! He helped us out in a pinch. Was communicative, timely and well priced. Would 100% recommend.

Called the scheduler and he took my contact info before connecting me with the plumber. The plumber was all set and said he'd be by in 10 minutes. But he did not let me know that he didn't have my phone number and I was supposed to be waiting outside the apartment building to let him in. So he waited outside before leaving. I waited by the phone ready to let him in as I'd told him beforehand the intercom didn't work and he'd have to call me when he got there. We wasted each other's time. Not a good experience. Scheduling company should really make it clear they are not the plumbers and everything is totally disconnected. Tho also my fault for not triple checking that he would call me when he got there since intercom broke

It’s my second time needing help from Flood Brothers. Philips who came again and remember my house getting serviced before. This time my water pressure regulator valve is bad and my pipes getting some hammering sound. Philip assessed and I mentioned my tiny scenario. He did not hesitate to give me advice on how to replace it and as I mentioned I have all the parts already. He helped me replace it in less than 3 mins without even charging me! I highly recommend Flood Brothers!

Your company is AMAZING! I had a plumbing issue on THANKSGIVING DAY, and you came out and handled the problem. Chris and his crew were VERY professional, and thorough! I had a lot of work to be done, and your prices were fair. Chris gave me peace of mind, and I didn't feel taken advantage of. I can see by your other reviews, that you have quite the following. I will definitely be using FB again! FIRST CLASS!
