We recently ordered DFA metal letters for our event, and they were fantastic! The letters looked great and added an extra special touch to the overall setup. They arrived exactly as promised by the company, and the quality is impressive, sturdy and long lasting. The team was friendly and easy to work with, making the ordering process simple and stress-free. I highly recommend these letters if you’re looking for durable, high-quality signage for any event!

Highly Recommend – Incredible Product and Even Better Service Working with Coolest Customs was a truly outstanding experience. I ordered a set of custom marquee letters (“IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE”) on a very tight holiday deadline, and not only did they deliver on time—they exceeded every expectation. The communication was exceptional. I received regular updates with photos, and once the sign was in transit from California, they were in contact daily with the freight operator. They kept me informed every step of the way—updates in the morning, day-of delivery check-ins, and follow-ups afterward to make sure everything arrived in perfect condition and that I was fully satisfied. The final product was stunning and created a magical atmosphere at our event. These signs brought so much joy, and it was clear that the team at Coolest Customs genuinely cares about their craft and their customers. If you’re looking for beautiful, high-quality custom signage and a company that will go the extra mile (and then some!), look no further. I couldn’t recommend them more.

What a wonderful experience working with Coolest Customs! I own a wedding and event rental company based in Pennsylvania and was looking to upgrade our marquee LOVE letters. Michelle answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly. When the letters arrived they were packaged well and in great condition. I purchased the stands with them (would recommend), which makes setting up a breeze. Thank you Coolest Customs!

We love our custom letters! They work great for clinics, competitions, photo/video shoots and more. They give our program a little extra flair and are stunning.

A seamless process with communication throughout the design. I received pictures of the build, was in continual contact with their entire team, and it shipped early. The packaging was impeccable, and the reveal was amazing! Our order included a 5' ALOHA sign with a pineapple and a plumeria flower O. We HIGHLY recommend this company for any sign needs!
